Our suppliers
Our eggs come directly from the Ringlerhof farm in Ellbach. We source our meat from the award-winning Haller butcher's shop in Murnau and the Rottenwallner butcher's shop in Bad Toelz.
We get our juices from Fruchtsäfte Mosterei Wenig in Arzbach. Our beer comes from the Reutberg monastery brewery. We get our rolls from the Wiedemann bakery in Bad Toelz. The Riedmeier family bakery in Marktstraße supplies us with great bread.
Not always organic, but always fresh!
